Community Capital Advisors is an investment banking firm that works exclusively with community banks. Our Managing Directors have a combined 52 years' experience in this arena and have raised over $1.8 Billion for their clients. We work on-site with every client until the completion of each transaction. Our model has lead us to the success of over 160 community bank capital campaigns. Understanding that each bank client is unique, and formulating a unique solution, is what has made us successful since 1987.

Lee Bradley, Senior Managing Director

As Senior Managing Director of Community Capital Advisors, Inc. Mr. Bradley leads the firm’s bank development group. Mr. Bradley is responsible for new business development, meeting with directors and existing bank management teams, and bringing them on-board with their specific on-site team. He has been dedicated to raising capital for community banks since 1987 and has raised more than $1.7 billion for over 150 De Novo and existing banks throughout the United States.

Previously, Mr. Bradley served as a Managing Director for Compass Point Research and Trading LLC, Founder and Managing Director of SAMCO Capital Markets’ bank development division, and Managing Director of Commerce Street Capital. In 1991 he founded and served as President of Southeast Financial Holdings. Mr. Bradley graduated from Emory University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He holds FINRA series 7, 63 and 79 securities licenses.

Shaun Dalton, Managing Director

As a Managing Director of Community Capital Advisors, Inc. Mr. Dalton is responsible for all phases of business development: from signing bank clients to managing professionals at the bank. Mr. Dalton monitors each bank's progress, consulting with the on-site teams and managing day-to-day field operations. He often speaks at investment seminars and oversees the maintenance of databases. Mr. Dalton has a solid reputation in the community banking industry and attributes his success to a distinct business model that supports the banks through the entire process of raising both initial capital and secondary capital.

In 1998 Mr. Dalton founded and served as President of DeNovo Capital Group. Over the past nineteen years Mr. Dalton has assisted in raising more than $600 million in capital for community banks throughout the United States. He holds FINRA series 62 and 63 securities licenses.

Robert "Bob" Dalton, Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President of Community Capital Advisors, Inc. (CCA) Mr. Dalton is responsible for business development, new bank clients and assisting in all phases of helping our Clients achieve their capital goals. Mr. Dalton advises and manages his Clients progress, consulting with the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team to develop the needs for their Capital Campaign. He often speaks at investment seminars and oversees the development and on-going maintenance of the firms proprietary technology; which gives CCA a unique competitive advantage. Mr. Dalton has a solid reputation in the community banking industry and attributes his success to a local community and national business model which supports the banks through the entire process of meeting their capital requirements.

Over the past fifteen years, Mr. Dalton has a successful track record of managing and co-managing capital raises for over $500 million in capital for his Clients. He was most recently Sr. Vice President for Boenning & Scattergood, Financial Institutions Group, Commerce Street Capital , Bank Development, and a bank consultant for DeNovo Capital Group in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Dalton has an extensive background in sales and business development in both Banking and Information Technology.
